Centerfield Split Diopter FX Filter

The blur effect on the 77mm size is exactly what I needed for dreamy portrait backgrounds, and it works best around 50mm on my lens. Even at f/2.8, the split diopter keeps the subject sharp while the edges go wonderfully soft.

The rotating ring makes it easy to dial in exactly where I want the blur, and at 35mm the split effect is subtle enough for portraits without looking gimmicky. Middle stays sharp while the edges smear into this dreamy refraction—way more fun than I expected for the price.

Took a few test shots at 50mm and 85mm and the rotating ring makes dialing in the blur so smooth. The middle stays crisp for the subject while the edges melt into that dreamy refraction—exactly the split-diopter look I wanted for close-ups.
